I think you are misunderstanding something. He's not infertile, neither is she. Its because his mother is from a certain race(?) Who have silver hair and eyes, and they can't produce unless the other person has that race's blood. And since it's been a long time since that race got into the empire/kingdom, a lot of people are mixed. But the purest blood in that whole country is the royal family's ( as they mentioned ) and she is from the royal family so she doesn't have that race's blood, so she can't get pregnant from him.

It did have lots of errors but for me personally I find it really easy to read something that doesn’t make sense since I’m used to it, so I don’t really have a problem with it but other people seem to be troubled.
