its... slightly confusing? like i dont particularly like the main character, but dont hate him either.
i felt they were trying to make the girl really 'strong' as a female lead-ish but failed in my eyes. shes very stereotypical. but at least she isnt the WORST.
overall... its not that great. i have a VERY POOR idea of where the main character stands in terms of ability, i dont know a lot about the world, how strong the black haired guy was... i feel like im missing a few chapters every few pages
liked the reality of it... but the story itself was poorly written in some ways. the idea of it is a good one, portraying the bad sides of omegaverse and how terrifying it can be. but the pacing wasn't my favorite, and i got lost many times in what was going on or WHY. i shouldn't have to think so hard for a story like this to make sense. then again, its 2am, who knows. also?? the seme raping the other alpha??? slap across the face. the medicine for the alpha rut was by far the most interesting to me, though... making an alpha take that, or even it existing in society is by far a scary but best twist on the story
this is a sad but realistic representation of a couple in omegaverse, its a very possible situation to be in. a good read... slightly fast pacing, overall good characters.
