like we explained so many times, the way the spell work is that in need 3 people involved:
The Target = Her
The caster = the Mage we meet in season 1
The contractor = Her father
Only 2 of the 3 (Target and contractor) can recall their alternate life.
The caster cannot remember which is why the mage did not remember her but felt a sense of deja vu. But somehow her father doesn't remember either, only come as ''nightmares''. Meanwhile she is the ONLY one to remember everything.
But her Father did not turn back time to save her but to save himself.... he never gave a F about her, was only about his on personal gain.

It's the first time i believe, i REALLY think the only change they should do in the manwha compared to the LN is, our FL ending as fiancés with the Knight ! I KNOW !? Not every FL need to get with someone, but i really believe it would profit to a bigger happy ending in this case. Maybe not getting married but like being Fiancés while she does the things she promised her younger brother to do with him on their journey, would Open the door to that scenario to us. imo
