Can somebody please expalin to me 3 things?
Why isn't she able to sleep?
What it means that the soldiers don't get hurt only thanks to swords and arrows?
Is this fact related to the reason why she can't fall asleep?
At first, I thougt it was because she was stressed out, or it was Cabel's fault, or just that she kept thinking about the death of that soldier and so they were always in danger... Then the last 2 chapter left me the impression that there is something more, but it confused me so much that I couldn't understand what it was. ┗( T﹏T )┛

1.She can't sleep because of her insomnia which is a symptom of her PTSD.
2. As for 'the soldiers who don't get hurt only thanks to swords and arrows' I'm pretty sure they're talking about the soldiers that get mentally attack by PTSD too. And they are either are stealing medicine so they can fight off their PTSD symptoms or it's to help kill themselves.
I'm fairly certain that the dead soldier in chapter 29 killed himself. I think it is a pretty common occurrence since the other knights observing don't look surprised.
-I not 100% on my interpretation but that's what I got from it. Hope that helps.

This is correct. Renee thought that soldiers were stealing medicine to treat their wounds themselves and to kindly not bother the healers. The knights awkwardly corrected her naive assumption and tried to tell her that soldiers are likely taking the meds to kill themselves from PTSD. They said it in such a roundabout way so as to let her down as gently as they could, but also to avoid saying something considered to be shameful directly.

To add to what was said about why she can't sleep. She has insomnia because of her PTSD, yes. She watched a person die right in front of her. Instead of doing her job as a healer, never having left her peaceful monastery before, she panicked. She panicked at the scene of sudden chaos in front of her, she panicked at the danger of nearly being killed with an arrow if the commander hadn't stepped in, she was panicking so badly that she was told to just run back to camp instead of staying and doing her job. We know that healers are considered to be crucial to a war effort in this world so the fact that she was told to leave by a commander is big.
When she got back to camp, she was such a wreck that instead of focusing on letting them know about the ambush, all she could do was cry and relive the terrifying moments of almost getting killed. Her guilt over panicking, not staying and healing anyone, and not reporting the ambush vs crying over the horror of what just happened left her to not seeking treatment for her own injuries to the point where she had to be told to seek treatment upon the soldiers return.
So just that one scene coupled with the fact that she never knows when she's going to be attacked next, never knows when someone she was just laughing with will be injured/die next, has to deal with the sometimes massive number of injured because her holy powers are the strongest, and has to do her best to remain cheerful or else her healing powers will be affected... It's enough to make anyone normal girl break let alone have PTSD. This is Renee's first time at war and this is small enough to be called a subjugation rather than a full scale war. She's actually dealing with all this remarkably well for her first time so just not being able to sleep properly is a given.

Hold on a minute! I've left behind this manhua because I've read the novel, so it was just a chance that I got to know about this fact. I'm not shocked, actually I'm really surprised... I mean, ExR has been translating Mangas for 3 years or more and they are known for their jokes (or at least I got to fall in love with them thanks to the jokes) and to hear that somebody who is reading ch 103 (so he read at least the 102 before it) can't take a simple joke... This sucks...
Sorry for my English, and above all for my blabbering, but come on! Really?! ExR?!?! They are one of the best... How can you even think of insulting them? They always do an amazing job... This is so frustrating and disappointing

Lots of people are saying that this story has been going on for too long, so I got curious and I found out that the first chapter has been released in 2002.... I was only 5 then... #-.-) Whoever you are that keep on reading this in 2020, you are the REAL hero.

Well it's true that skip beat was released since 2002 in Japan , but the manga was on this site in english since 2014. I started to read this because of Tokyo crazy paradise my first Manga and searched for other work of this mangaka and discovered skip beat on another site and was in 2011 ,so I've been reading it since then( ̄∇ ̄")
