Ohhhh, the MC is giving serious flashbacks with my sister.
I don't wanna get too detailed with their situation but she (unlike the MC) did everything Nikki said not to do (except confronting the 3rd party).
Their situation NEVER got better and it keeps repeating and repeating over and over again. The first time it happened I was the MC's girl friend who yelled at the asshole (except the asshole IRL was worse).
after all the defending I did, my sister still got back together with him. this happened more than once (not the cheating but the breaking up), the 3rd time it happened she came home crying to me saying they broke up and you know what my answer was?
"I can't even be bothered to comfort you or give you advice because deep down even though you keep telling me its truly over. I know for a fact you'll just go back to him again."
Then I just sat next to her and listened to whatever she said but i never comforted her again. because less than 3 weeks they were 'hanging out' again.
