The closest thing I have to a theory about wtf Eren's plan is... not doing what Zeke wants (no surprise) but something similar to it. Zeke wants to euthanise all Eldians and it sounds like a good option to people experiencing deep despair but all in all a very selfish idea.
But the talk of using the founding titan's power to change the genetic make up of their people had me thinking that Eren probably wants to get rid of that 'factor' that differentiate them to other races, so the ability to turn them into titans. I haven't been active in the fandom anymore but I still adore this series as its one of the few that resonates with me and our current society (racial tension, war, nuclear weapons etc) so I'm not sure if someone's already connected the dots to Eren's mystery plan. 'Cuz one thing's for sure is that Eren is not on the same page as Zeke on HIS plan.

That part got me like my breath stopped XD That was a card I was not expecting to be played.
