Hello guys I was thinking maybe I can pick this up and upload the next two chapters since I could translate but I just need an explanation on how to upload here and that’s all
I'm sorry I have no idea how to do that either but maybe this will help? If you search "how to upload on mangago" a few threads come up that you could also check for further understanding http://www.mangago.zone/home/mangatopic/4442225/
Also if you don't mind, if you have the raws could you also post those too? Of course I totally understand if you don't want to but I'd really appreciate it
Please no! Appreciate the group! Don't be impatient. This is absolutely disrespectful and your type of people make me so dang frustrated! Contact the group first. My projects have been stolen so many times because of people like you who don't contact or do proper research! Stop this right now please. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

That's a very good point and I'm very sorry I didn't mention it in my original comment. Yes, of course it's very important to make sure you ask for and receive permission from the original group first.

Thank you so much for understanding! Many people always come at me saying that it's illegal either way and that nobody cares about those projects while 3 projects have all be stolen from me (stolen as in; i was working on it but some cheapskate who has no experience uploaded without actual research or permission). It's always important to discuss things with the previous uploader, and if you wanted to read beforehand make sure to keep it to yourself. I know many volunteers are there but it's more preferable if people had experience for at least 1 year and has at least worked on 3 chapters. Why? because there are many mangas that have been completely ruined due the inexperience and caused a lot of inconvenience. I know many people say they don't care but many people should know that others do care! cleaning, typesetting, redrawing and etc is not as easy. And i do have experience since i worked on more than 12 chapters (by myself or with a team). Why it's so needed to discuss is to keep things friendly, cause like i said: many people said i was ungrateful while my point was that i was working on the project and posted many notifications beforehand.

Of course! As a native Japanese speaker I completely understand your frustration when people who have no skills themselves upload translations which you can tell were taken directly from translating softwares like Google translate. Since there are many uploads done by people with experience and readers don't always pay attention to the credit pages to see who did the translation, people (often unconsciously) expect the quality is the same when it's far from it....For good readers who end up buying the books and hoping to use the english translations as references to learn the language it's also detrimental for them since they can't tell what's right and what's wrong (unless they're not beginners of course).
Also since people don't often pay attention to the credits, people don't often realize that an outsider (for the lack of a better word) uploaded the next chapter and not the original group. I've seen comments before where people have complained about quality drops as if it was the original translator's fault. I hope that hasn't happened to you and if it did you have all the right to be frustrated! I suppose if OP is still receiving notifications to these replies, it seems that the original group is still translating this comic, but if you'd like to share yours I think it would be fine if you uploaded it on google drive or a personal blog and linked it to a comment under this. Would you consider this as acceptable? I think people posting links to unofficial raws would be the same.
One thing I do have a problem with with some translating groups is that I find a lot of the credit pages that use artworks that are not related to the series that the specific chapter belongs to or original artworks for the specific group and not giving credits to the artists that drew the illustration in the credit page. The artists have all the right to receive credit for those images as well. If you're in contact with other translating persons/teams and you notice they are using artworks for their credit pages that are either 1) not from the book that the translated chapter is from, 2) not original artworks that have been created for their personal use, or 3) they use external artworks without credits to the artist, I'd really appreciate it if you told them to give credits where it's due (not just on chapters from thereon but also replacing the old ones). It just gives people more of a reason to ignore your wishes (such as not to remove credit pages, not to retranslate without permission, not to upload onto other sites) because you did the same with the very image these rules were written on. Also if the artist states they do not allow use/reproduction of their artworks please don't use them! It's one thing to translate a comic, even though it's illegal, more people can enjoy it and hopefully purchase an official copy to support the artist; but using artworks from people who say they don't want people to use it as a credit page background doesn't benefit the artist at all so you'd just be piling on your sins. To me it makes you're work seem less of a professional...

Wow, thank you for your thorough explanation! To be honest, i'm searching for a japanese translator and i don't mean to be rude in any kind of way but, would you maybe give it a try? If you do, maybe send me a message?
I think i once used an art whereby i forgot to credit but i get your point, so of course i can add the credit if it's a bother and disrespectful.
And about the quality dropping, you're damn right! Many don't realise it at all, that some random person took it over. To be honest even if people upload out of trying to be friendly, most really don't know what they're doing and that disturbs me a lot. I really don't know if many groups do this, but i think i do see some crediting artists, or that people in the comment section do it. It's good that one of the parties do it but it would be better if both would. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
And yes the idea of sharing the link instead is a good one, i completely agree with you! ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

No problem! You have not been rude in any way so don't worry about it!
Indeed it's good that people in the comments can recognize the artists but ultimately it's the responsibility of the party that used the image in the first place.
Thank you for the offer but I'm not very active here and from September onwards I will be very busy with school (I'm a post-secondary student) so I won't be able to make any commitments. If it's just occasional questions about terms that you don't understand I'd be happy to help with that but large scale projects where a lot more involvement is required I probably would not be able to do... I currently don't have an SNS that's open to the public but I can make a twitter if you'd like

That's completely fine and understandable!
Please do share your twitter or instagram and i'll reach out to you! :)
It's literally just like fanfiction...it doesn't belong to the actual storyline, it's a completely "what if" scenario and has nothing to do with the actual plot. It's just an extra that doesn't have any story or plot to it and is for fun
I would give it a five out of five but I don’t like the red haired dude and the girl oh please don’t get me started. But if they end up not being in the story or if the red dude ends up with his ex again but happily then I’ll give it a five out of five.
