Okay when i read this, my expectations of this is just you know shonen, action monster maybe a gore bcs it involved a 14 yo as an mc. And a lot of blood and eating human is what i think maybe the worst author can do but nooo author actually slap me and tell me " hey this gonna be real as fuck" as i see the shiki mother and akira brother being r*pe. But i gonna see it through the end and I actually like this manga just doesn't expect to see such scene

Its not super graphic just be careful if you aren't in the right headspace for it. They never talk about it after it happens for the most part.

Sorry to ask this here but does this manga contain a lot of rape? I wanted to watch the anime but I don’t like it when mangakas use rape as a plot device. And do the victims at least get justice or is rape just being used to make the story/characters more “edgy”? Sorry for the questions, I’m trying to assess whether I can handle this or not. Mmmm I wouldn't say they do it as a plot device or to make the character edgy (since they are side characters). It shocked me when I saw that, it's there to make you feel like that tho and sort of understand why that character did or ended up that way, and yes there is justice served for the people who did it, but not in a good way, but heh, they deserved it.

Based on what you said, I decided it’s best that I stay away from this manga/anime bc I don’t like it when creators use a rape backstory to give depth to fictional characters, or to explain why the characters act or behave the way they do. It’s just a personal preference but I’m glad they at least get justice. Really appreciate your reply tho
Is the artist change? if so u don't have to draw the exact style of the previous season but if not it seem the artist need more rest and draw at in owns pace... there are reasons there have a gap between season
