Manga is made in Japan, it’s mainly in black and white, and it reads right to left.

Manhwa is made in Korea, it’s usually colored, and reads left to right (but it’s spread out more, so it’s almost read vertically instead) *my favorite kind*

For myself, the reason I hate them so much is because the art style is not good, and it’s usually VERY WORDY (and sometimes it doesn’t make sense) while also usually spanning 200+ chapters(I’ve seen some with 500+) with very slow plot (and the plot usually sucks)... I can go on and on, but I’ll let you decide on if you like them or not.
And by the plot being AWFUL, here is a prime example. (It seems to have some R-mature in it as a precaution)

My guess in here is that the ml probably has a thing for fl and the younger sister knows it and probably doesn't approve of it cause maybe she has some brother complex or something. The younger sister got upset, then something terrible happened, like maybe an accident?----Yeah, just a guess tho.
