One of those who will be underrated, I mean hated, manhwas. I mean manhwas are supposed to give us knowledge, make us understand different point of views, stir our feelings. And this manhwa got it all. Sure the characters aren’t our typical “favorites” but let’s not be biased or prejudiced. This has a great story and lesson. The characters was well-described. The social issues discussed / shown are relevant and portrayed quite nicely. And how the lead and supporting characters’ feelings were described / shown was nicely done.
How people have different perception about love, how love have different effects on people, how words could help or hurt someone, what’s really happening beyond our happy environment, and many more things are greatly shown in this manhwa. Well, in MY opinion that is.
At the end of the day, we like what we like, we don’t what we don’t.

There are things to improve but overall it’s a nice read. The amount of lightness and heaviness is well-balanced, that’s what I think. The ending is sooo satisfying. It’s happy and heart-warming.
My only concern is why did the ex got his own man? And to think that they’re quite compatible with their sadistic character. Haha.

The enthusiasm is gone but the love is still there. The thing is, love is not just about excitement, blushes, or the badump-badump of the heart. Love is complex. It needs courage, commitment, loyalty, respect, etc. Even if it feels like falling apart, I don’t believe so. If you love that person, I think the relationship can be mended. It’s just that when we thought we are falling out of love, we fail to try again - we sometimes fail to communicate and try to sew the ripped relationship. The love is still there but we just don’t realize it sometimes.
Idk if I made some sense but yeah, I was just basically talking about how love’s foundation is communication / understanding each other.

I think the hyung has no feelings for Youngji. He knew. He knew that Youngji feels something for him but didn’t we all see how he’s not really making moves to Youngji? And the hyung said that he sees him as a little brother. When the sofa incident happened the hyung said that he made a mistake. I’m pretty sure he was talking about how misleading his actions were.
And Jiho deserves love! He’s the purest. Even if he’s hurt, he’s trying so hard to make his bestfriend happy. Even if he wants his bestfriend to stay beside him, he still lets go. He understands, well at least trying to understand them. He was left out in the dark but he never really pry too much because he respects them. He loves his hyung and bestfriend too much that I feel like he’s okay being hurt himself than them.
We’re getting progress!
