Okay, I finally finished the 178 chapters of the main story. Here the answer from the main story:
1. Who or what is behind ML’s curse? Is it the ogfl? And how will they break the curse?
>> The true black screen and the one who cast the curse is Endetio Heydar, Kestean's father but that doesn't mean Kestean is bad. Endetio has educated Kestean strictly and make him learn black magic. But in the end Kestean doesn't follow his father because he feels guilty and had sympathy feeling with Persilion because they lost their mother at the age of 9.
Actually the corruption has been proceeded since 100 years ago when Endetio's father met the warlocks and knew that you can control soul (life and death) with divine power using the heart of dragon.
The curse medium is planted in sacred tree at the imperial palace. Only with imperial blood can have access to enter the sacred tree. Endetio uses Grand duchess Difke by putting oath of obedience in her, and told her to place the medium there. Because Persilion never go out of the imperial palace, they had a difficulty to put the medium, but when Persilion went to meet Princess Sheril, they take this chance to put the medium in scared tree, that's why Persilion turned into child after meeting Princess Sheril.
Lippi awakened her divine power who is the Ardal from her previous life, and with this power she breaks the medium to fully resolve the curse.

2. When will ML become (permanently) adult again?
>> Persilion will permanently became adult when the medium is broken. But before that, with the power of Sikar who release his power, he helped Persilion back to his adult form but with only half of his magic power.

3. Does the FL have power? Is she a saintess/ priest? (judging from the second cover it seems like she has a priestly garment hmm)
>> Yes. Lippi is actually the Ardal from 100 years ago who had inherit Ardal power by doing Ardal test, but have accident falling to the river from the carriage when she was heading to Shekina after receiving Ardal power (Actually it was premeditated murder). Because she fell to the river which is connect to Shekina, Simeon can reach her. Her soul wandering and went to other world, but because it's not stable, she dead in vain.
Because the Empire and Sikar are in danger, and the Ardal in oracle 30 years ago also dead without inheriting Ardal power (Who is Persilion's mother), Simeon returned the fate of the Ardal of 100 years ago who had inherit the Ardal power by taking Lippi's soul back from the other world (with her original body that fell to the river. Her body actually can't be found back then) and put her in the place far from the Shekina where is the west of the empire.
Lippi awakened her power after nearly death after drinking the cup with contaminated sacred tree's leaf to save and give hint to people that the sacred tree's leaf is poisoned which is the Duke Endetio's plot.

4. Will people know that prince perry is the ML or will they make up a story for him later?
>> Yes, people will know that Prince Perry is actually the Emperor, because at the banquet Duke Endetio casted a curse openly to Persilion that he turn into a child where many people watch it, and with Lippi's divine power she turn Prince Perry back to his adult form (With Persilion's power still half because the curse medium is still not solved).

5. What’s gonna happen to ogfl and ogml?
>> In the main story, there's no story for ogfl and ogml. Lippi's story is like a side story of the novel which is run parallel, so the content of the novel is not effected.
Actually, Persilion is a relative with Sheril. Sheril's mother and Persilion's mother are cousins. That's why Persilion is often call Sheril 'that child'.

6. ML and FL ending
>> Persilion confessed his love to Lippi when he became adult with Sikar's power. But Lippi is still awkward because she just saw his adult form from few hours ago, so if she has a feeling for him, she thinks it's a crime. (Haha..)
Persilion persistently courting her but she said she will try to adapt first.
Lippi realized her feeling when she nearly dead and see the hurt and sad's Persilion face when he saw Lippi's vomit blood. That time she felt she doesn't want Persilion to be sad again like with his mother's death. This emotion is actually that help Lippi to attach to this world that make her soul stable so she can open her divine power. (Lippi's soul in this world is not stable because she still thinks that it's novel's world which is not accepting that this is her world)
She confessed her love and Persilion so happy. (It's all in main story)
Persilion build palace and temple for Ardal and Sikar behind the main palace. (Ardal and Sikar are soul-mates that can't be separated)

7. ML’s background
>> Persilion is the son of Ardal in oracle of the 30 years ago. He still has a trace of his mother's power and he is also the imperial blood that is blessed by Simeon.
After his mother's death, that night which is also his birthday, he awakened his magic power. He studied at magic tower. After that he come back to imperial palace to receive a succession of the throne. He was invited by his half siblings and the empress to have dinner, but at the dinner Persilion vomit blood with their face laughing him. He became annoyed and killed them. After that the emperor also died because a shock and fear, and Persilion became an emperor.
