Honestly if this timeskip leads to sooae reconnecting with Dohwa leading her to choose him because she actually likes him I’d be satisfied by that twist. Unless Eunhyuk was in a literal coma there was no reason he couldn’t send her a text that he was leaving. I think it would be reasonable for her to fall for the person who would have always been there versus the person who left for 10 years that she was pining for.
