I’d say talk to her first, there’s nothing inherently wrong with sex but if she’ll willingly helping people cheat then that’s a whole other thing. What is something more traumatising than people realize?
Finding out someone who you knew and trusted is an abuser/attacker. Most of the sympathy goes to the victims which I 100% understand and i’m right there supporting them with ya but finding out that someone who you really cared about and believed was a good person was capable of doing something so horrendous and disgusting is also a bit difficult.

Genuine fear
I get being scared of the dark but being afraid that your dog is gonna just stand up and kill you doesn’t sound normal. If this fear has impacted your daily life at all I think you should maybe go see a therapist? It’s for the most part just a guess though, i’m no expert.
