I understand why not many people enjoy this story, so that’s why I hardly recommend it because people don’t like “r” and they usually drop it after that. The reason why I stick around is because of the kids and family vibes, they have their wholesome moments and they are strange couple too, pretty weird love relationship.The seme is a good father and spouse, but he’s just overprotective and possessive. There are semes that are far worse in the BL genre, yet get praised and supported by readers because how “attractive” they are and apparently they show signs of “growth”, then forget about “r” which is an unforgivable act committed towards a victim. It’s just hypocritical at that point.
I still continued reading this story and that’s doesn’t mean I forgot what happened early on in the series, I already stated why I read it in the beginning part of my paragraph.
I’m tired of seeing BL stories including “r” and use it as a “plot device”, the author tried to explain it and give context to what happened that night. However, it didn’t make sense to me and didn’t connect with the earlier version (which is at the beginning chapters). The story has its flaws not gonna lie, so I ain’t bias.

There are other stories that have more of manipulative and asshole seme than sunbae here. I get it the beginning wasn’t it but I enjoy the story, I’m more for the babies and the family vibes. I’m just saying... I find it hypocritical how there are people who seemed to enjoy stories that have horrible semes but yet still rate it 10/10 at the end when finding out “grown” but bruh... did he really “grow” because all those mistreatments towards the uke ain’t it sis. Same. I really love this manhwa for its domestic vibes and children. Honestly, I've seen different works where the seme is far so much worse than Sunbae here and yet many of the people there are so over the moon for them. I mean honestly, If I didn't read this manhwa my self and I read all the comments about Sunbae, he really sounds incredibly terrible but since I read this manhwa, I can say for certain that a majority of the comments about him are either deeply exaggerated or just purely hate-driven.
Now with that away, I would like to take this opportunity to ask you if you have any manga/manhwa recommendations that have the same theme as this i.e. domestic life/children? Yaoi works with this theme are usually not that very common.
Here’s some recommendations: kashikomarimashi, blood link (it’s angsty at first but later .... some cute things happen... it’s sorta towards the end the domestic life begins, you can read if you are interested), and tadaima, Okaeri. It’s quite hard finding domestic and family vibes, it’s mostly in the tags located on the right side all the way in the bottom they have family as one of the tags. Alpha / omega stories have these pregnancies so that’s were you can see them kiddos. Anyways... I feel like people commenting and criticizing this story need to call down, sunbae has his sweet moments with hosik and you can see their feels are mutual, if it were forced then I bet hosik would have left him a long time ago. Dang it, it seems that I have already read all of those T-T. I really wish there were yaoi with these themes. Those people will never calm down, trust me. I've been here for a long while and they never calm down. The comment section here is the single most "toxic" one I have ever seen. Some of them are so adamant in proving that the sunbae is the most evil seme there is and that this manhwa highly promotes the "r word".

1. Blood Link - Uke is actually shown pregnant, that's uncommon since usually the story skip this part and just go straight to the baby.
2. Kedamono Arashi - They'll have kid/s in Volume 2.

To a certain point I agree with you but sometimes it's ok to forgive the person if the person is willing to change and do the work, which Jiwon (BJ Alex) did. He clearly isn't the same person he was at the beginning of the story and DG and Jiwon change each other for the better.
Personally I don't get the hate against Alex. He wanted a sex friend and didn't want to be serious. He was upfront about what he wanted. He wasn't expecting to fall in love. Dg wasn't raped or forced into this.
I understand DG accepted Alex deal, but the whole entire parts of him being treated horribly and devaluing him as a person doesn’t make me like the ending of DG forgiving Alex for all things he done to him such as accusing him of being “M” new partner, the end of date leaving him, and not considering his opinions /feelings.
