Yeah it felt like they could've done more with her sister, I genuinely wanted the sister to have a happy ending, have her enjoy having a healthy body, have a connection to the main girl because it feels like she's finally getting what she's always wanted. I kinda didn't like what they did with the main girl though, I wished they kept her sickly instead of "um actually she was sickly because she had really cool magic powers and when she uses the super mega cool magic powers she's in top notch health" (it also kinda felt a little ableist imo) if she knew that then why didn't she tell her sister in the previous timeline so she could become healthy and if her sister is pretty why didn't she have any other guys surrounding her? It has a common problem of a lot of stories of never challenging the MC in any meaningful way like everything goes her way she gets the hot rich guy, the good looks, the cool powers with no drawbacks etc.
