misunderstandings are NORMAL in a relationship, plus the setup of what happened with ono will make toya inevitably jealous because he was a guy that tried to hit on Kazuma before. And of course Toya tolerates his brother because he is his brother（￣へ￣）of course he can't just get angry and scold his brother especially since they look close. he can't just push his opinions to him and convince him that he's already gay for kazuma, alot of yaoi tropes are like that, they expect the other characters to just suck it up and accept who they are, but realistically it's not that easy. and kazuma was mature about the whole situation too, they're both mature about it. rather than being petty and dragging the beef too long they rather put down their pride and approached one another. you're giving too much shit to toya just because you "Baby" kazuma too much.
