At first chapters, I was enarmored with the characters however it's like everything is in circle as the story goes. A lot of details are left behind. The story goes from clear to confusing. So I'm sorry gotta drop this for now.
I am guessing that the Lan Ling mother of FL, and emperor were lovebirds and FL is their daughter. And the ML loves Fl's mother. Maybe that's the reason why this ML is targeting the emperor and FL.
I like his face. Just hoping he will stay indifferent even with a lot of girls pestering him.
