I don’t fw the prince at all it just feels like he’s abusing his position, despite him saying he’s not (“I don’t want to force you to do anything you don’t want to do” MY ASS), in order to win over Marie.
I’m not even a big fan of Kiel but at least he’s actually a decent guy who hasn’t forced anything upon her. He accepted the rejection politely and gave Marie the option of opting out of being his partner for the dance if she wasn’t comfortable.
Meanwhile the crown prince can’t accept the rejection telling her to not make him wait long when she’s already given him her answer! He also doesn’t let her have her own decisions of who she can be partners being possessive of someone who declined your infatuation! How controlling!!! Is this supposed to be attractive ? I absolutely hate manipulative guys!!
