Okay, if I'm understanding you, you are thinking the guy with the black hair is Taehan. That guy is not Taehan. He is Doyun's brother, Dojun.
Doyun is the omega in season 1. Taehan is Doyun's alpha. Doc is Doyun's doctor.
In season 1, Doc met Doyun's brother, Dojun, when Doc drove Doyun home to visit his mother, remember?
Doc fancied Doyun's brother, Dojun, at the time. In this first part of season 2, which is a kind of side story. Doc pursues Dojun, Doyun's brother. We haven't yet seen Taehan - Doyun's alpha lover - in season 2.
