Anonymous, aka Serizawa sent Veggie channel a message. Basically the final line meant that although Veggie Channel was on hiatus (he says it himself that he was going to take a break from the channel), he returned only after three days and resumed the recordings of boys on boys, which also meant that Veggie Chanel lives on. Hope that clears it up!
