as another commenter said, this didn’t happen in the novel….why add an unnecessary drama? The novel already has a fleshed out storyline for the possession and fight between our MC and the one who wants her body…sigh I’m going to stop reading for awhile while the chapters accumulate so hopefully this nonsense will be over #－.－)

1. One of the reviews for the novel is that it took a while for things to happen but it seems the manwha has improved that. Ch8 of the manwha is ~ch20 of the novel.
2. For this chapter: “a bunch of wizard assassins from that dickbag prince olivia turned down attacked olivia's and kian's carriage on the way back from the painting exhibition, took out the escort knights, caught up with the two of them when they fled, stabbed olivia in the chest after she used her self-defense magic necklace, and tried to kill kian with magic after olivia told him to run. then kian realizes olivia's kindness really was sincere, and he goes crazy at the thought of losing her, letting out this huge mana storm that marks him as the wizard prophecied to destroy the empire. the wizard assassin that chased kian and olivia down thinks he can defeat kian bc he's just some slave that shouldn't have received any proper training, BUT LITTLE DID HE KNOW KIAN GOT THOSE MAGIC BOOKS FROM OLIVIA so kian knows enough defensive magic to tear through his barrier and kill him with flames lmao”

3. What happened after Kian awoke his powers?
-“Kian got many offers from alot of countries. Kian decided to take the offer and becoming the Imperial wizard to be close to Olivia. He was given the title of Count and got his own house. He was appointed as the commander of 7th division. So he was moving out of Olivia mansion. A few days later he invited Olivia for dinner at his house. During the dinner he told her that he had to leave the capital for subjugation of the monster. Olivia was not happy that Kian had to leave so sudden. Kian said they wanted him to prove his ability since he didnt go to the Magic Academy so nobody has seen his skills.

In Kian division, people were gossiping about him saying that he was the slave serving the night services. He got lucky because he was handsome. During the trooping planning session, Kian said he would take care of the monster by himself and had the rest go help out the people from the area. The troop were arguing with Kian since using the big magic will take a long time to prepare and there would be many casualties but Kian said that was not going to happen. His team thought he was crazy and bluffed. At night the monsters launched the sudden attack. (Normally monsters didnt come at night.) So the team was not prepared. The sky was full of flying monsters. Someone screamed the Put up the defend magic barrier. In the mean time a man who faced the army of monster alone over the plain. White cloak moving in the night sky. The troop looked at the commander. There was a grey thunders storm and it roared. Then flashing beams trikes the monsters and there were screaming sound of monster everywhere. It was wide area magic that monster couldnt run. The troop was astonished. After Kian killed hundreds of monster alone. There was not single blood on his cloak. His troop was in awe and thought that this person could be the greatest wizard of the empire

-“Emperor was the one sucking lives of citizen thru the sleeping disease. He was killed by ML.”

8. Are there spicy moments?
-this is an r19 novel! They sleep together after FL was kidnapped in book 2!

9. does the mc ever realize that he has blackened on the inside or does she think he is as innocent as ever?

10. Is there 2nd ML?
- yes, I don’t remember who tho (it’s been so long since I read it). He gets interested after FL doesn’t show interest in rumors of him(?) or just in general (I can’t remember sorry). Kian gets cute jealous (≧∀≦)
