From what I remember, the FL’s brother died and she need to divorce her husband and to heritage the tittle and everything. And when she become a Viscount( I’m not sure but the tittle of her family) she dig and investigate and see that her husband have done a lot of bad deed and she’s reveal the truth. Her Huns and receive the death penalty, however, she did some trick and her husband leave everything, his wealth and title. At the end of the day, they get back together and have another child. It seem like all the bad deed his done is to protecting his family. That it from what I remember and I’m sorry if there’s something wrong shine I also heard from another.
