Actually, it's not, they both have the same numberings of chapters, you have to read it carefully though, it's easy to have a mistake because of Mangapark's way of arranging and numbering the chapters

I don't think she fell for miki. I think she just saw her brother in him and got really excited, so i feel she was unconsciously using him as a replacement.
