Im kinda confused about the contracts. Did the duke love the OG charlotte? Or did he just now start loving the New Charlotte. I feel like he just made thoes contracts.
It seems like he likes the new Charlotte. Since the duke did became the emperor in the original timeline, maybe he just added a new condition to the contract.
It is also possible that he actually like OG Charlotte and Mephisto just did some things, idrk. But the first one is more likely to happen.
