Honestly if you are looking for reading it for free good luck. I've been searching for a long time and eventually gave up. There is Tappytoons, which releases it by an episode or Amazon/Apple books, which has 4 books as of now. None of which have a finished story sadly (at least I'm pretty sure). It gets a bit pricey, but the novel is so good

Not sure if I got everything correctly but ! Emiliano is making the distinction between him, Carvel, and Ines remembering their past lives:
- Emiliano was reborn with all his memory from previous life
- Carcel is remembering little by little with dreams/visions at random of the lives (hence why he was confused and tonight he was crazy)
- Ines keep dying and coming back at a point in life with her memories
Emiliano days Carcel is basically God favorite because his way to remember is the easiest and safest (?) whereas Ines has likely been cursed. Carcel thinks Inès doesn’t love him because he remembers her smile when talking about Emiliano and their baby

Unfortunately I think the translation messed up. Ines is the only one who has memories of previous lives the moment she wakes up in this current life.
Emiliano is reborn from a baby and gets memories over time. He didn’t wake up as a baby with memories. If I remember correctly from the novel, he started getting visions in his teenage years.
Carcel shouldn’t have memories at all. He never made a wish for them. However, since he is getting memories, it’s most likely because Anastasio, God’s representative, gave them to Carcel so he can help Ines who has already committed suicide twice.
