I believe Jade should not end up with Noah. I don't think Noah deserves all that love. I think the best ending for Jade in this current situation is, he finds out his lover is actually dead and then he finds some sort of closure (away from the Scott-looking Noah) and moves on to find something else in the future.
or he died and meet his soul mate in heaven and live happily ever after ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
