The second prince used the tunnels and found the dead body of the prince so he confronted rael. He then confirmed that the prince is dead and the emperor then kinda takes the second prince hostage but immediately let's him go when rael went near the edge, but he jumped anyway into the water. Everything else was spoilers. Hope this helps!

so, rael asked the emperor to wait for him, but the mf emperor didn't read the mf paper. right? so then he followed and caught up to him to imprison rael again. Rael was with Daniel's brother.

So, the emperor caught the brother as a hostage, and rael said he'd kill himself if he did anything to the brother, since that's the biggest threat to the emperor. so the emperor releases the brother, but rael remains by the cliff. he tells the emperor he loves him, but he hates him more. since he wants to hurt the emperor, losing rael and not killing him himself (as he planned when killing daniel) would be the worst tortute possible.
Also, the brother doesn't trust him, bc he saw daniel's body and knows rael is a fake, even though he never noticed them changing before, so he can't tell right away who this is, but rael confesses he's the other one.
