What kind of person is the heroine?

Least spoilery bits on top (that don't effect anything). In the game, the heroine is summoned to the world as a Saint to defeat the Demon King. So we don't see her until Charl goes to school at 15. Which takes a WHILE. The 12-year-old arc covers a lot of ground.
Anyway.

The heroine, Kanata, follows the cliché of having played the game before being summoned. She's a devout follower of Chris (the crown prince), and after being summoned plays the role of "Saintess" to the hilt...for all of two chapters. She mostly sees her coming in as the Saintess as an excellent way of committing "suicide by Charl," because the poor girl's suicidal.
Kanata is suicidal because the bomb(?) that killed Izumi/Charl was planted by Kanata's brother. Her family was hounded by reporters, her parents abandoned her, her relatives abused her, people at school bullied her...by the time she was summoned, she was skin and bones and covered in scars and bruises. More than half of her interaction with the capture targets was Chris trying to fatten Kanata up (and enlisting others to help), because Kanata basically became anorexic thanks to the bullying.
After finding out that Charl's a reincarnator, Kanata feels really guilty (especially after finding out she's Izumi). But once they get past that, it's fully a sister-like relationship.

Actually, Kanata and Charl are (physically) the same age, and the sister-vibe doesn't pick up until after Kanata finds out that Charl is Izumi. So in this case, Charl's the big sister.
Outside of her, I think that's the last of people trying to adopt Charl as their little sister. Mira is probably the only one who actively resents being family-zoned, though. He'd probably be 2ML if he had even slightly more screen time. So, uh. Don't mistake that. ╥﹏╥

Like, would you prefer a FL who’d somehow dismiss her past suffering with “it hasn’t happened yet so he’s innocent” and “i can still change the future and save everyone”. That’s cliché if you ask me, I’d much prefer this. Because it’s realistic to see the scars and trauma the FL brought with her to her second life. Things like those often don’t fade overtime. Yeah, she may be two-faced and it sometimes pricks on my conscience to read, but the fact that she manages to do that shows just how strong she is. Not your typical FL who gets swept away by ML. She stands with her beliefs as these beliefs, I assume, will slowly change the more she learns of the truth. Respect!

i think that it is the way she calls him monster that is not well received, i know the guy killed her family but she is the kind of person to not take any alternatives with her family, who knows her family may have done something but in her eyes they are the perfect image and the way she said a monster trying to be a child is very narrow minded and i feel bad for the ml, she doesn't even want to get to know him so that the image of him being a monster that she must kill would remain untouched any she's all like monster this monster that Σ(っ°Д °;)っ. this is just my opinion i am not ready to deal with hate comments so i'd like for them to wait till tomorrow thanks ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Yeah I agree. But that’s why I said she’s someone who stands with her own beliefs bc it’s what she went through. It’s realistic that someone who just went through extreme traumatic experiences would be narrow-minded towards the perpetrator. I also mentioned that I assumed it’ll change as the story progresses because like you said, she doesn’t know the whole truth yet and I do think that there was some reason behind ML’s actions that we’re yet to discover. Right now though, FL has every right to hold a grudge and seek revenge, and I like that the story doesn’t just brush that off or hide the flaws in her personality.

This had a good concept going on with hero sis and demon lord bro who would do anything to protect each other.
But like... The demons are so damn annoying, they’re like excess baggage at this point or i guess troublemakers for the sake of plot development (which makes it frustrating lol). MC’s dumb and the dokidoki scenes are like- how tf u falling for a prince who tryna throw u in some political sht? At least fall for that commoner dude who be helping u and bro this whole time! And yea Brad may be overprotective af but it’s understandable since he’s had to watch sis suffer whenever she protected him.
Will keep this on hold until the angst is over :’D Really tho, it’s interesting, the type I’d love to binge-read if the last chapter I read isn’t a frustrating cliffhanger :’D
