Reminds me of BTS, like with:
- starting with a smaller company
- always emphasizing their fans and having a solid fanbase
- having the freedom to produce and compose their own songs
- the song-writer members encouraging (guiding + giving feedback to) the other members who are also interested in writing but dont know how
- being able to collab w/ other artists (even producing another artist’s song)
- winning KAMA unexpectedly and crying during speech
- the exploration of various genres (specially that latin pop that reminded me of a mix between Airplane pt. 2 in terms of music, and Blood Sweat & Tears in terms of concept)
- having a concept inspired from a novel
- the way silver hair looks up to MC reminds me of JK towards the leader RM (JK joined the company after watching RM perform, same as how silver boi was excited to join after listening to MC’s music) and how it also inspired JK to try out song-writing which he now enjoys <3
I’m not saying this manhwa’s based off of BTS, I’m just saying the things that reminded me of my loves that I miss so dearly And truly how BTS began as underdogs and grew so big could be a manhwa in itself.
Thank you for listening to my TED Talk (fuuuvvvck i just miss them so much)
I need extras. I need to see his mom healthy and her reaction when uke introduces seme to her lol. I also wanna know what uke pursues after his group (disbands) like do they resign a contract to continue group activities (unlikely), does he go solo (prob not, i didnt feel much idol passion from him), does he become a model? Actor? Or just live the life of my dreams chilling at home mooching off of the future richest man in Korea lmao
