i like this story a lot, it's interesting, it's 6am and i just finished this story
i like that most of their sex scenes aren't just sex, it also shows like the levels of affections they have towards each other during the time. up until the auction at least. after the auction it's kinda annoying that they have sex instead of straighten things out. and the constant "let's have sex instead of explaining" is annoying. i know the author saved it up so candy can confess after he saves him but still, it's annoying lmao
there's like almost 100 chaps of them but damn i need more. i need to see the weddinggg

ive finished reading this awhile ago but i come here once in awhile to appreciate the story. tbh i dont really understand the whole back story, I'm not good at understanding fantasy ideas but the author executed it well. the trust they have for each other is beautiful too. really happy for them <3 i wish there will be side stories, i just wanna see them being happy and fluffy
also thank you for the scanlation team! the cleaning and translation are wonderful. i didn't notice it wasn't official at first until someone started to post the official translation. thank you for your hard work!

this story is amazing, got me hooked, i finished it in a day.
but my pet peeve with action stories like this is when the author suddenly put romance in it. there wasnt much development and seems random, so it just appears as shallow and annoying.
while i think turning back time is honourable, it's unnecessary?? no significant characters die that can bring huge grief to mc. mc has killed people before and he doesnt show much emotions, suddenly he's sacrificing things for random people he doesn't know? he was a lone wolf, people he deeply cares about is his family and few friends. and now he's the hero wanting to shoulder all the burden by himself for humanity? seriously?

Ok, I believe your opinions are valid, but I just wanted to share what my take on your points are...
1. Sudden Romance
I personally don't think it came out of nowhere (Cha Hae-in literally confessed to him lol). But I do agree that he wanted to start a relationship (with her) sort of abruptly.
I do have to disagree though, that their relationship is shallow. Their relationship started as attraction on Cha Hae-in's part, but it became mutual strength by the end.
2. Turning back time, was it necessary?
Now, this is where I think you've miss read Sung Jinwoo's personality.
While he prefers to work alone and is indeed a "lone wolf", he's actually a big softie.
Like, when people are in danger, he literally cannot stand still and watch from the sidelines (like what happened at Jeju Island and Japan). He also set up a neighborhood watch patrol + helped monitor the hunters when they were being targeted. Both, things he didn't have to do/weren't necessary.
And for your other point, ["mc has killed people before and he doesnt show much emotions"], he has only ever killed people he deems "sinners". If you have not done anything he deems a sin, he will not kill you (like with the scavengers gpuild).
So, was it necessary? No, technically. But it makes sense for his character to do such a thing.

idk for me the romance seem shallow cause there wasn't much development. out of nowhere the mc suddenly went on a date with her and contacted her before turning the time. romance in action centric stories annoys me but if the author wants to put romance he could probably do it like eleceed. they had active interaction and mutual interest from time to time. solo leveling romance feels random and unnecessary. if he wanted to do romance so badly, the best candidate for fl could be the healer from the very beginning, he had chemistry with her at least :/
i get your point. it was my misconception with his character, my bad for that. it's just that the whole story he wasn't being like "i wanna get strong to save the world" it felt like he was getting stronger for his own sake, so when he suddenly sacrifice himself for the world it just feels out of place. i forgot the little details of him putting guards for his friends and around the neighborhood etc so yeah i misjudged his character
i still feel turning back time is extremely unnecessary. when the manhwa ends like that it feels... empty. like the whole relationship hardship experiences with people is just gone like that. as if the whole thing we read before it just vanished. for me that makes the ending feels empty and unsatisfied

I see, I guess the romance aspect is pretty subjective.
And I now understand your point about rewinding time being unnecessary for you. It's that you just don't feel any pay off for the story, hence the unsatisfying ending.
To each their own Ig.
Thanks for the conversation though, it's always intresting to hear other peoples thoughts/criticisms.
NOOOOO I NEED SIDE STORIESSSS I'M HAPPY TO SEE THEM HAPPY BUT IT NEEDS TO BE LONGER
