most novel to manhwa stories have like, awkward flows and it really feels unnatural, and this is one of it. i thought i can read it, but decided to drop at ch7. lol the flow just feels really awkward and out of nowhere
ngl the smut wasn't top tier but the smut is sooooo much better when you have so much built up tension. the kiss? looking at each other? the crushing phase? THE TENSION? gold. manhwa authors should go back to this pacing instead of straight up sex in chapter 1. or sex friend since the beginning without any built up tension. it's getting annoying atp
YES I AGREE!! Having smut every few chapters, especially right at the beginning, makes it less interesting and stale. Don't get me wrong, some BLs have a plot that makes sense to have smut every so often. But in honesty, smut is there just for fanservice or wtv. Y'know, smut without plot. A buildup and character development before a smut scene gives it so much more spice. And the sexual tension before the action gets me weakk
yess!! there were a few manhwas that draw really HOT smut so it really does catch people's attention, but most of the time it's bland, boring, unnecessary. i just skip the smut part but eventually it made me not paying much attention to the plot, just skimming it. it's sad that manhwas with proper build up tension like this is lowkey kinda rare now. most start with sex right away
Ikr? That's why I love shounen-ai since there's a plot and almost no smut scenes. There's character development and the plot is there without being focused on smut. I hate when there's a BL with an interesting plot that turns into a smut based story when there could've been interesting conflict and drama
okay that can be taken two ways. either nanjo still likes the twink so he wishes to protect him which is why he wanted mokyeon to stay away. or he is jealous that mokyeon gave the twink attention since he's starting to like mokyeon now. i think the 2nd option makes more sense since nanjo chose to lie to the twink and worked anyway. he doesn't bother to celebrate the twink's birthday. wait yall idk if im delusional but i think it might be a good improvement omg
