So basically, the seme got mad because the uke and the snake guy were together. He dragged the uke and they had a lil argument on what was going on. The uke decided to tell a lil backstory.
Back then, snake guy and him were workmates from the same department. They naturally got closer because they're both supernatural beings or something. One night, the uke was very drunk and he confessed to the snake dude. The uke got shy and decided to run out of embarrassment but the snake dude stopped him. He also confessed that he like the uke.
Next panel shows a naked uke having a hard time. The snake dude was forcing him to have sex with multiple guys at once (pretty fucked up if you ask me). The uke refused but the snake dude threatens him that the two of them would break up if he doesn't agree with his conditions. So the uke decided to agree with him and cried.
In the last panel, the seme was very shocked to hear about the uke's backstory. The uke then said before leaving “It's up to you if you would choose to break up with me or not. I'll understand your decision”.

I just read the raws . A bit different. After the confession, when it jumps to uke cat naked on the floor and seme snake standing over him, the scene and narration seem to imply that the snake seme was an abusive lover and uke became scared and emotionally traumatized. It’s implied that uke tried to fight back but he’s a victim at this point, seme uses that against uke, threatening and manipulating uke. Says stuff like “you don’t think you can actually break up do you? Be good (obedient) like you used to” the usual shit abusive fucks say. He basically emotionally manipulates and abuses uke into “agreeing” to be fucked by all those guys. The narrative continues and this happens multiple times (I know....anyone want a pair of snake skin shoes???) Eventually, uke can’t take it anymore and finally breaks it off, even changes companies/jobs to get away. The reason why he still lets the snake get handsy with him even now is because he’s too scared to act. So yeah, emotional trauma from an abusive fuck. He tells our human seme now that he knows the truth of his past, he’ll accept whatever decision the human seme makes about them, then uke walks away with seme in shock (understandable given what was just unloaded on him). No more raws at that site so dunno what happens next, but I’m hoping human seme runs after uke. And then eventually they destroy, literally and any other way, the fucking snake piece of shit.
