After I read the newest chapter, seriously is it only me who think that his mom doesn't deserve to be called 'bitch'? I mean, come on! Someone raped her and made her pregnant! If you are a girl, you should be able to understand her feelings. She's a victim who choose to take care of her rapist's son, although hell yeah she was being a bitch for selling momo.
I understand how momo feels after hearing that. Who wouldn't cry to know that they are hated by their parents for that fact?

His mother sold him out when he was young, let him get raped repeatedly by old men and practically treated him like trash. Yeah I agree that the guy who raped her is cruel and disgusting. However she's JUST as disgusting for letting her child go through the same experience she did and worse. Being a victim doesn't excuse the trauma she put him through, maybe I could understand her standing if she at least felt a little remorse for what she had done but after that chapter, I can clearly tell she didn't give one shit what she put him through. This is just my opinion though.....
I would have understood her giving him up for adoption. I would have understood her being resentful of her life and being a bit "crazy" or emotionally disturbed. I do not understand taking it out on her child 9or any child)--especially not to that degree.
But in a sense, I agree that she isn't a bitch--that would be an insult to strong bitchy people who get shit done. I think "asshole" works, but may not have enough weight to it. How does "pyschopathic monster" feel?

The mother is worse than the rapist. The rapist raped a stranger (probably) and moved on. She basically helped rape her kid. The rapist had no duty to protect her. She had a duty to protect her son. If she couldn't protect and provide, she had a duty to give him up to an orphanage or a relative who could bring him up decently.

Maybe it's popular in Japan but not necessary in other countries. To be honest I've never heard of it before the news about anime.

I know. The thing that made me annoyed because the admin said it's not popular. It would be better if she/he said that it's not too popular for fans overseas, but it IS popular in Japan (because we need to wait for people to translate them).
Saying that she/he dissapointed for the manga to be an anime because it's not popular is like looking down the author's manga.
