Welp it's kinda confusing since Kagei looks more like having a double personality but at the same time he doesn't?
I mean, yandere type that I know so far usually more frontally possessive and obsessed in front of people, but Kagei is not. It's like looking as a kind man is his top priority, and he's also like.... hate being rejected? Since he acted weak the moment Akashi said he's scared, it makes me think that could it be Kagei acted as himself and getting rejected, that's why he will act as a kind, understanding man in front of other people?
I mean, when he received a call from his mom, he also immediately acted different. So I'm not sure if his parents were the one who made him act like that, or there's deeper story of it.
It's also a little confusing of why he likes Akashi. If Akashi being timid and scaredy-cat is what made him fall in love, I'd say that's kinda sad since that means he loves Akashi because of his weakness.
Hopefully the next chapters will clear up everything by showing Kagei's POV.

This is just a personal theory but during the short time we were introduced to kagei's we were given the impression that kagei grew up with helicopter parents. This probably led him to yearn (read: obssess) for the feeling of being relied on. He probably developed this notion in his head that if akashi becomes dependent on him then he'll be able to get that sense of control that he doesn't get to experience in his own life.
take this with a sack of salt because this is just me trying to analyze things at 4am with nothing to fuel my poor brain but manga and caffeine. toodles~

Bruh the uncle clearly tried to get people away from his nephew
But after his nephew knew the truth about his wedding, he acted cold and pushed them away saying they are annoying without even clearing up things?
I mean, come on, if I know my closest family member actually had a deal with someone to intervene my wedding, I'll be so damn curious too. Not only the uncle lied about his wife's condition, but he also hide the fact that there's a problem in the aunt's family as well?
Like he can even turn blind eye completely on that secret--
Just what does the uncle want to do actually?

Idk it feels like he's actually doing what Minato didn't want to do--- cross-dressing and looked like someone they don't even want to.
I don't know who is this Tsukino, since there's a picture of Akira (the director) and a woman that seems like the real Tsukino. His sister, maybe? Since there's also a family photo where Akira and this Tsukino are standing behind the father.
Akira-- even though he said he's fine with it-- he gave a strong reaction of disgusted. I don't really get if he's disgusted with how he wore Tsukino's dress or by his father-- despite calling him Akira at first, but the moment he touched Akira's hair, he suddenly called him Tsukino and also touched his face (which more like a gesture towards a lover or a loving daughter).
Akira asking Minato to talk, I can only imagine a possibility of him needing any opinion or advice as a someone who did cross-dress.
Tbh, I don't see Akira as someone who'll bother Shizuma and Minato's relationship. He is actually someone that looking for his own identity, and maybe feels jealous towards Shizuma who proudly admitted to having a boyfriend. I mean, aside from the older doctor in the clinic, pretty sure other staffs think Akira is a woman.
Akira looking like that and how Shizuma's friend is clearly interested in him.... Idk. Hopefully nothing bad will happen when they all know the truth.
I did hear that making erotic manga is harder since the author really need to understand scenes that will stir the reader's mood.......
Seeing how MC was told that the ML in his works are like shojo-manga and his works can't be called ero-manga, he better gives up at drawing ero only and try to make shojo manga at this point.................
