1. No, Yoon Chiyoung won't get pregnant at all. Heeseong will be the only one who got pregnant and he's with twins.
2. The twins is a girl and a boy. The boy looks exactly like the mini version of Chiyoung while the girl looks like Heeseong. Their names are Gyeon Doyoon and Gyeon Seoyoon.
3. When the twins get a little bit older, they mistook their parents' intimate moments as 'Wolf dad bullied Dog dad, we have to protect puppy day from wolf dad!' and even made a fake report under Heeseong's name to make the organization arrest Yoon Chiyoung because they believe Chiyoung needs a punishment for bullied Heeseong. Lmao Heeseong was like 'what???' when he heard that and the parents tried to explain that Chiyoung only gave Heeseong a 'massage' to get taller lmao. The twins then apologized while crying to Chiyoung.
4. The twins are scared of thunder just like Heeseong. When their parents tried to calm them down, the younger twin said that she's not scared because Heeseong is there, and that made Heeseong actually cried so much due to remembering how he hates thunder because that's when his family abandoned him, but now he's glad that he has Yoon Chiyoung now.

So... until this part, first, I'd like to say... yes. There will be pregnancy, BUT. It's not Yoon Chiyoung (the wolf), it's actually Heeseong (the puppy).
So Yoon Chiyoung has been questioned and looked down by his own pack for not having a child despite having relationship with Heeseong for years already. Knowing that, Heeseong asked why in the world he kept quiet about that.
As we know that Heeseong has a quiet weak body. Yoon Chiyoung is just too in love with the pupoy that he will feel regret and guilt for making Heeseong bear the pregnancy, so he said he'll be the one to get pregnant.......... which actually made Heeseong upset.
But then Yoon Chiyoung said that he's always been dreaming about getting pregnant, wanting to have a child that looks like his dear partner. Heeseong understood that, but he also wanted to get pregnant, so they decide that both of them trying first.
And since getting pregnant is a little hard, after discussing it with the doctor, they tried to take medical science related test and got their genteic samples collected. The result came out and the one who succeed it is Heeseong (and yeah Yoon Chiyoung cursed the world for not letting him to be the one getting pregnant). Btw succeed it only means the possibility of getting pregnant is like, getting higher? So just because Heeseong succeed it, he's still not pregnant.
But right before he got pregnant, Yoon Chiyoung went to........ rut? Maybe?? Y'know, the usual thing that happen to him, and of course they did it then.
After that, Heeseong indeed getting pregnant and they're with twins (which made Yoon Chiyoung cursed the world again lol). The funny thing is, when the pregnancy entering the 2nd month, Yoon Chiyoung was the one who get the a quite bad morning sickness even though Heeseong's the one with the baby, while Heeseong getting an intense hunger to the point he would eat a lot of late snacks when Yoon Chiyoung was asleep.
That's what actually happened about the pregnancy. Idk if Yoon Chiyoung will really get pregnant in the future chapters but for now, it's Heeseong who's pregnant first.
