Guys, let's be glad that the author continued the story at least until the main villain got properly handled by the police. The ending is indeed so sudden but if you checked the notes, the author has been on hiatus numerous times due to their illness and seems like it's a quite bad one too since the last time I remember it got updated again after a long time, soon they needed to take another hiatus.

I have the same disease and when I'm stressed over something, the light impact will be feeling discomfort around the left side of my stomach but the biggest one is faint due to extreme pain in the stomach (totally like what happened to Yugun). And yup, there was time when I got it and vomited 5 times in the morning-- not even reaching 10AM. A little movement would make me throw up and it's hard to breath. I couldn't eat at all, not even a bowl of congee. I lost 2kg within 5 days at that time. It's basically a hell.........
Since we saw that Yugun looked even thinner when he's originally already thin, I kinda believe he has chronic digestive problem.
And for anemia, I also have it and when I was younger, I used to get nosebleed whenever I was a bit tired. But Yugun only had a nosebleed once, so there's a possibility that he simply was tired thinking he originally has a weak body.
