Your interpretation is off from the story. The seme actually has a bit of character development, seme and uke both apologise to each other and the seme did not told the uke to suck him, it was uke's own accord.
Is that changing anything the seme still trash from the beginning may be there's a little development and becomes better trash but still trash sorry but this manga rise my bp and the ending isn't satisfying anymore
