the perfect relationship doesn't exi-
it exists and it's them. it's literally them omg.... I can't express how much i love how the author writes the characters. Their banter is so cute they kinda give off sibling energy with the way they're so comfortable w each other. Not in a weird way but like. They're bff and childhood friends but it goes even beyond that. Like it really feels like they get to fully be themselves without restraint when they're together It's like they're already a couple without even realizing it and it's my fave kind of dynamic bc it's so healthy and cute and safe and cozy
(dusty spoilers bc i read the raws a long time ago)

especially after having seen the raws like... I don't understand korean but from what i remember seeing, they seem to be in an everlasting honeymoon phase it's so cute djdjbdbss also their constant PDA (btw thank you author for making this story in a world setting that doesn't discriminate against same sex relationships it's so refreshing).... They're that annoying couple on campus that are glued at the hip but they're funny and i kinda crave what they have so i don't mind
I decided to read this manga bc of a screncap that was circulating on twitter, literally dived into it clueless and i'm so amazed. I was so pleasantly surprised at the amount of queer and trans rep the story had to offer. I'm obsessed with Tetsuo and Amano ! I personally liked how it's not meant to be an lgbtq manga as in with the idea and will to formally educate, but instead it's a horror manga whose cast happens to be literally almost exclusively lgbtq+ and even with it being about horror/crime, it didn't go into demonizing queer people but instead brought out interesting discussion about problematic subjects without any bias other than wanting the reader to feel uncomfortable in pure horror genre fashion. I personally appreciated how the author depicted Tetsuo as secure in his identity no matter what (even when he was pretending, which was triggering to watch ngl) and i loved how they also depicted Amano's struggle with his own feelings and identity. Despite all the fantasy of the story i've never see a character written in such a way. He's realistic and frankly quite wholesome as an ally and then member of the community i love it sm. And that happy ending just ties it together omg im so happy about the ending you have no idea !! Sure, some aspects of the story like the fanservice-y dysphoria-inducing covers were frankly unnecessary, and characters like Yamashina and Marube extremely frustrating, but tbh even if it's not 100% perfect rep and has problematic content, at the end of the day it's an amazing horror manga with amazing lead characters and an extremely satisfy ending (it didn't really feel rushed to me) so i really enjoyed it
