The more I read it the more it felt like a morbid curiosity read than a good story, like a train reck you can’t help but watch. Also whenever he came back he STILL lied to her in the beginning so he could trick her into spending time with her until they properly made up. Legit he just treated her like a sex object in the beginning, and she enabled it and just let it happen out of a messed up sense of infatuation (I don’t wanna call it love bc this was just his obsession and her infatuation), she legit just let him do anything which enabled him to keep pushing and pushing. So glad she kinda got a spine toward the end but she still ended up folding bc she just lets him walk right back in after like a month of deliberation after SIX years of them being apart. IDK I’m just ranting at this point bc god he sucks at communicating, like he legit just never even tried. The maid even suggested he tell her and then he went and threw a fit and proceeded to LITERALLY IMPRISON HER, then he tried to abort the babies after turning her into like a vampire so they can be ‘alone forever together’ like wtf genuinely. Their relationship sucks so much and god does he need to grovel for the rest of his life at her feet. Okay rant over.
