I think because it's the reality in some places :") there has been similar issue in my country months ago, a doctor themself because of bullying. Because of that many known doctors made videos about how toxic the work environment on tiktok, they straight up bullied new doctors
I don't know if you watch Japanese dramas but there's this one called Doctor X and it's a whole show about how corrupt these university hospitals can be. I highly recommend it. If only for the badass lead female, Doctor X.
