lol what? is this fast? because in a lot of other yaois they progress alot faster than this. in lots of yaois the characters fuck each other in the first chapter. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
I think it's more of a time skip thing. As in, days past between the two characters, but those days are not shown but implied
I was confused because they went to kissing pretty fast. I guess I just expected more development in their relationship to be shown before it got to kissing. I saw the raws a long time ago and I assumed the two were lovers for a while before the part at the end of chapter 2 (when they kiss and the "queen" falls asleep).
Does aki looked older or proper for his age when he got drunk?

His parents are also living with him. See that page where Midori revived him and he was welcomed by his mother and grandmother. Probably his father was working that time. Most likely his parents left for a trip and they had an accident on the way. While his grandmother had a sickness and died.

I didn't know that this manga will be drama, I mean i'm trying to seperate myself from this story since the story was full of smut and not so dramatic slice of life type of story since the beginning and the main character also kept on smiling through every harsh situation he was in..

I hope there will be someone who will translate the extra page, most importantly all the info about omegaverse, although there are hints and info on comment section BUT we want the exact info based on the author's perspective on the manga since the information shared on the comment section are confusing and inconsistent on some details.
