guwon is some sort of experiment, clearly, and i'm sure we'll see more about that later, but TEACH oh boy is he fucked up too. Pretty sure he killed his dad either bc he was already a zombie or his "happy life" was not a happy one and he killed his father when the world went bad. Teach is definitely an odd ball, and Guwon, in all his lack of common sense is usually easier to understand than Teach. They'll do more freak-matching down as the story progresses i guarantee it.
