I went and studied all the chapters again. This is what I found:
- In this world, traits are rare in Asia especially Korea. Traits are basically omegaverse. There are only Alpha and Omega.
- People who are of opposite traits do not feel each other yet people with the same trait (e.g. two omegas or two Alphas) will feel the other and are usually uncomfortable with them around.
- Our main character was one of many children that were brought in by Jodong Pharmaceuticals for experiments and testing. All children were picked on their probability of becoming an Omega.
- Our main character who we donāt know the name of was assigned to be Han Sang-Yul, President Han of Jodong Pharmaceuticalsā youngest son. The MC is not the real son of the president nor a real omega.
- Han Sang-Yul was a fake son used by President Han to further his agenda. This son was used as the āsick omega sonā that was so weak he needed treatment. Jodong Pharmaceuticals made Han Sang-Yul to convince the public and the Imperial Family that he was recovering well due to Jodong Pharmaceuticals amazing research and experimentation. After news of his āsonāsā steady recovery, several clinical bills were passed and the Imperial family wished to exchange information and invest in this company.
- After many testing, the main character was found to be an average person, not having any attributes to being an omega. Due to this Jodong Pharmaceuticals had no use to him as he needed to be an omega to inherit the name Han Sang-Yul. Thus he did not attain the name and instead was assigned the name Kim Chulsoo the āfriendā of Han Sang-Yul (whoever that would be).
- Jodong Pharmaceuticals were too far into their lies that they continued to deceive people.
- Lee Hanseok (Blond-haired) is the illegitimate child of President Han of Jodong Pharmaceuticals, who is pretending to be Han Sang-yul the youngest son of the President of Jodong Pharmaceuticals. He was assigned the name after none of the experimental children (like MC) became omegas. Because he was born from cheating, President Han didnāt claim him but he decided to bring him in on the condition that he take his youngest sons name.
- Lee Hwang-Ja is the Prince and is a natural born Alpha. After he was born (being the same age as the āomega sonā of president Han) many people started shipping them together because they were both traits. This is rare to happen and not many people in Korea know of traits and such.
- Due to the fact Korea doesnāt know much about traits and such, Jodong Pharmaceuticals used that to their advantage being the only ones with research and knowledge of traits. To further gain power President Han used his āomega sonā as a chance to push for marriage between Lee Hwang-Ja (Black haired Prince) and Han Sang-Yul (youngest son). This worked because his son was a supposed āomegaā and the President used that to say that the Prince as an Alpha and his son belong together.
- The presidents plan is so that if the Prince does not produce an heir and goes to divorce his "son" he can get compensated from the Imperial Family for the Prince abandoning his son who will be marriage-less.
- I think Lee Reok (not that sure who he is) told the Prince to agree to the marriage and break it off in 3 years. This way the rumours and prejudice against special traits will minimialise.

okay and just to clarify, illegitimate son is not an Omega, right? Like he's legit not even an omega.
And our MC (the lab baby if you will) is probably actually an omega and excretes omega pheromones right?
Do we know why Lab MC had to go to the palace? that pat confuses me. Is it so that fake son shithead can turn into an omega or is it to study how lab MC reacts being around an alpha?

Yup like @jamsismine said he is placed there to see how he reacts to around Alphas. He's also a good source of DNA supply to prove the blonde illegitimate sons "omega DNA" if someone should ask for it
He might be an omega we don't know yet. He was tested as an 'average person' which means he doesn't have a special trait (omega). We might find out more of him as the story progresses

Someone needs to clear this up:
So brown-haired is not the son but Blonde-haired is.. but blonde hair took brown-hairs identity???? Blonde will marry Prince because he is son yet he is not omega. Brown-haired is fake omega yet I still don't know his purpose because the Fathers plan was marry off the blond-haired as an "omega" to trick Prince. Ugh this is confusing
i think the fathers plan was to adopt the brown hair as a son when he becomes an omega but despite having the potential he wasnt, so the father tried to enduce it/ make him into a artificial omega... but since that didnt really work and the prince and "his son" had and engagement the dad probably thought it was better to have his real son having all the glory despite not being an omega rather than a random kid. if the brown haired actually became an omega the dad would have not switched them and just adopted him officially....
