Idk, I actually like this version of the story and how the plot is going. Maybe cause I haven’t found much where MC is actually smart and can overpower the top that I like it a lot. Hopefully it goes down a good direction though

there's a lot of overpowered mc's out there that was done in taste, take solo leveling as a very obvious example, but this one just fell flat.

the power scaling gap is too in your face that you can't help but say "yh okay i get it, he's powerful af"
