The plot twist is siti was originally born as a girl, she became a boy when she was 5 years old and totally lost her memory after become a boy. Sky and jun (jun is the guy with budi in the very first chapter) are siti's classmates in kindergarten, siti is sky's first love and he used to think siti was died all his life before he met her again in high school (siti's identity got changed to budi after she became a boy, and her family had her funeral like she was really dead). I also think siti end up with sky is boring (i think jun and ian are more better choices), but at least i can see that siti and sky has history. This webtoon is ended on chapter 268, so the story is still so far ahead, there are many fighting scene and siti will became budi repeatedly.
