this is only a manga adaptation. like it was just put in pictures. there is no difference other than the mangaka's difficulty to transfer the novel into comic. there is a lot of cut scenes in the manga and was not able to catch that.
it's waaay better to read the original. also, it is pretty easy to find the english fan translate. just look for luxiufer's english translation.
