I know the emperor will only see their relationship as necessary to maintain their power but at least it will be kicking him where it hurts because it's not HIS family who maintains the royal power, it's actually Ethan.
since the power is tied to the spirit stone i'm sure the emperor would rather kill ethan than have him stand beside the princess

Ok, so, I think that Philip is FL's brother or even nephew. We know that his features are of royal blood and we know that the impotent Batshit (I don't remember the name of her ex-6th husband) is impotent so that rules out him. That leaves FL's brother or father as the possible father. Crazy mother Genia or whatever her name is misses Philip's real father and I want to believe that she wouldn't be missing that crazy old shit of an emperor and we know the brother used to visit her so maybe one of those days they shaka laka boom bang Philip was concieved.

I read some spoilers: Gania was the FL's maid in the palace. She had something with shitty father emperor and was hoping for a high position in the palace, after giving birth to the emperor's son, but was kicked out instead. Now she is looking for another way to use Philip to gain power.

I need to know who or what they are because they are a white-ish cat with blue eyes (like FL) and black cat with golden/yellow eyes (like ML!Luka and I don't remember if the actual Ian has golden/yellow eyes rn). I have s theory but it's so far-fetched that I'll dismiss it.
