No. he did the paternity test right after rourou was born, when feng feng was still controlling things and had the test results altered. remember awhile back after feng feng came back to claim rourou, yi yun had another test done through his friend with a secret sample of feng feng's hair. they never explicitly showed the results. but we saw yi yun get the results back and then he left the pages torn up in the trash. afterwards yi yun was in a panic about getting rourou taken away from him and how in any court of law the genetic parent would definitely win. he has no real claim on rourou. so it was implied that rourou is feng feng's. but by then feng feng was already in love with yi yun and he promised to raise rourou together. so the genetic issue was never confronted. it was ignored because feng feng wanted to stay with yi yun and yi yun was too frightened of losing rourou to ever bring it up.
