I do think both sides are wrong and right at the same time but I do side more with Medea rather than Psyche. Sorry but for me, Physche is one of those play safe type of people and even if she has been trampled and lied to so many times, she still thinks there's still hope or some shit while Medea had been wronged anf will take her revenge even if it meant risking everything but they both were raised differently, Maybe that's why their views vary from one another. Phyche lived a great life while Medea lived a life full of anguish.
I agree with everything you said except for the part that Psyche lived a good life. While I do not like Psyche easily falling weak at the most crucial of times and letting emotions get to her, I think being raised in solitude with people hovering over everything you do and staying in this small basement until she was able to hone her saintly powers is really terrible. Having no agency or say in anything she did is really miserable. Esp being surrounded by people planted by the crown prince, I'd say in terms of peepo who genuinely cared for her, she had no one without ulterior motives meanwhile Medea had a caring brother, her childhood friend, a diseased nanny and some house help who genuinely cared for her so ye /shrugs
