woah wait im getting some odd vibes on this. really confusing but here's a theory or two:
1) the mom is the princess from the story which would explain why the book archie gives her seems familiar. she "created" the one hit story and story continuation in cordelia's world inspired by the true story in that world but also brought her "son" when she changed worlds. she actually does die and liam poses as her rep to guide her daughter
2) liam is actually archie and archie is liam. the archie from the letters is in the past and the box is like a time portal of some sort, like being able to telephone somebody in the 1950s while you're in the 2000s. liam is also archie BUT archie a lot later in the timeline where he would come across somebody or something that allow him to come to cordelia's world where he would execute the happenings of the letter exchange with the magical box he had before aka its actually one in the same box but traveling through dimensions and time causes it to have another "end" being cordelia's box.
3) similar to the first one, the mother is the princess from the story and created the one hit story but not the story continuation. she makes a deal with some sorcery icon to move to the modern world with her family but there is a price the parents must pay for a happy life for their "son". her husbands dies as a result and she would become sick and die as well. liam would come across the same sorcery icon for a different goal and the deal would relate to either continuing writing that story after the mom had left and try to change the plot or become close to cordelia in both cases would need the box she and archie currently has
tbh none of these theories make sense to me strictly but just random thoughts that would some how, in some way, possibly make sense. the one that makes most sense to me is 2 but that doesn't really describe her mom's background. they also hypothetically do not know how each other look so its very likely that they are related in the past some how
oh wait add on itd make sense that her mother knew she was gonna die and maybe went back as her resting place hmmm anyway this gives me the kdrama the king vibes where the main leads do a lot of time traveling to purposely make things actually happen. I'm pretty sure liam is archie just trying to make the letter exchange happen
damn i knew it. helena back story sob. im kinda glad shes not like badbad tho. unlike many characters in her position, she doesn't totally eat up the og villainess like the one in remarried empress and many others who prioritize being greedy over surviving. i hope she becomes happy but the thought that if she revealed her true personality, all the men and people will change their mind about her and that's really scary. reminds me of yuri in beware of the villainess.
But her innocence is still pissing me off
tru i get you but her mother ain't wrong, you either have to be a strong figure where you can take all the power in your hand and survive or be a weak loved innocent figure where people become possessive of you and that's how you survive. kinda sucks how society is kinda like that, you either sit and follow the crowd mindlessly or be the one who commands the crowd whether you like it or not or else you just kinda become an outsider

HAHAHHAHAHAHA ok good laugh also i like this high priest dude, he knows navier means well and rather side to the individual that he knows have not changed in morals. also that duke i forgot his name, is he helping trashta or just being the joker character. idk what is his goal here
ono i feel so sad TT she was just a kid i cant believe people would do that against a kid. like they are growing? and who cares? its not like kids are supposed to attract people with their looks or anything... that's just really excessive. i feel so bad for hyeji i hope no kid has to go through this

damn i think i might wait out this webtoon. I'm mostly sticking around cuz it has that lady baby concept of reincarnation and I actuallyreally like that as there's a different dynamic when it comes to the ml pov but it'll take awhile to solidify any plot
hes right but there are cases where rumors can actually cause problems and taint your image. tho it might be recoverable, if rumors spread in high society of the two of them, who knows what crazy stuff would happen. if he wasnt so powerful or had the ability to kill/fire, things like this are harder to settle
